Wedding, Corporate & Party Commissions
Our Mini Kent Coast Ghosts are perfect as Wedding or Party Favours, and corporate gifting at special events. Each ghost comes in an individual gift box (5cm x 5cm) with a Certificate of Authenticity which can be personalised with the name of your event, or even your business name.
- Our Kent Coast Ghosts are all created entirely by hand, which means that no two will ever be the same. Please bear this in mind when placing an order for multiple ghosts - each person will receive their own unique keepsake to treasure forever!
- Each ghost goes through various processes including; drying, sanding, painting, and finishing. This process can take anything from 14 days to 6 weeks depending on the finish that is required, the drying time of the clay, and the size of the batch itself. Please allow at least 6 weeks notice prior to your event, (10-12 weeks if you are outside of the UK); this includes time to discuss colour options and how you would like your certificates personalised, as well as the time to create your ghosties!
- Once we have discussed your requirements, we will take a non-refundable deposit, (usually around 25%, but this will vary dependent on the amount of ghosts you wish to order and the colour scheme involved), and Victoria will create your order from scratch. The deposit will cover the initial cost of the materials needed to create your order, as well as ensuring that the cost of materials is covered should you be unable to complete the order for any reason.
- I'll update you with photos throughout the process, and any changes you require which are not due to my own error, will be chargeable once the process has started. This is because I take time over every single ghost, and remaking a batch would mean the process starts from the beginning; please also remember that any changes midway may also affect the finish date!
I am happy to discuss pricing options with you based on your budget and event, so please feel free to message me regarding affordability. The price will vary dependent on the finish, (eg metallic colours). Please also note that postage will be charged separately based on the size and weight of your order. It will be despatched via trackable post.
